INFORMATION FOR VISITORS OF THE WELLNESS CENTER
- Book wellness procedures well in advance. Follow the schedule and sequence.
- Arrive at the wellness reception 10 minutes before the start of the procedure.
- Unused procedures fail, however, we ask you to notify in advance.
- Inform the staff about your current state of health.
- Alcohol consumption during wellness is not suitable.
- Smoking is prohibited in the spa. Limit the use of perfumes.
- Jewelry, other valuables and mobile phones do not belong in the spa.
- A bathrobe is available in your room.
- Most procedures are performed during body detection. The therapist will cover you and leave revealed only the part he is focusing on. The use of a swimsuit is possible, but will be exposed to oils, creams and other ingredients.
- Communicate with the therapist about the massage pressure, temperature, so that the procedure is pleasant for you.
- Follow the instructions and advice of the personnel and do not interfere with the settings of the devices.
- Don’t be noisy with other relaxing guests.
- After the procedures, set aside time to rest.
